Promo items cataloged so far

I hope this is the right area to post this. I just finally started cataloging my promo items and I'm about 20% done. I've been wanting to make some order of the chaos for a while now. I have been collecting since 1994 and the collection just keeps growing.

Does anyone have advice on the best way to organize? Currently I am using plastic tower drawers but there are so many different sized items.

I tried doing a website once before but got busy and it went to the way side. This is the first time since then I have had tried to put all my stuff in one place. I still have so much stuff left. So I'm trying to keep at it this time.


P.S. QOF your Pikachu plushie from E3 was to promote Gale of Darkness. They also handed out Plusle and Minun. Just thought I'd help :)

Just added some of my rare items and some autographs. I know autographs are not really promos but they do hand you free stuff for them to sign :)
