I'm interested in getting one of these Lips microphones, because I've heard they are good with Rock Band. I've only ever used Rock Band with a guitar, but I think my kids would get a kick out of trying to sing certain songs. We have the AC/DC track pack thing from Wal-Mart, and they really love certain AC/DC songs.
I thought I heard somewhere that some of the lips microphones suck, and some of them work really good. I have no idea which one I should be looking for. I was going to try to find just a single microphone on Ebay (I'm a cheap bastard), or try to find the original bundle version of Lips discounted somewhere. (I think Fry's has it for $34.90 or something like that). Anybody got any recomendations when it comes to using a microphone with Rock Band, or using it with the Lips game or anything like that?
Also, does the Lips microphone work with any of the Guitar Heroes or Band Heroes? Lego Rock Band?
