Probably worth 50 as a fair price (higher than I'd pay). Definitely not worth a DS Lite.

I would get the sega cd. As long as it works that's a decent price for one. At least from what I remember, it's been a long time since I've been actively into all this stuff so I have no idea what the going rate is now. Just make sure to ask if it works.

The atari 400 I'd probably pass on, unless it has some really good games included. I highly recommend the atari 800xl for old school computer gaming. Awesome machine, I still use it to this day.

Have you asked what the games are, has he refused to tell you what they are? Did you ask if everything still works?

Why don't you wait until he gets back to you about the games and then make a decision? Would you want an Atari 400 system to keep and play?
