Okay, please someone clear this up for me? The PS3 and Wii can surf the net but the 360 cannott. Someone told me the other day that u can surf the web on a Wii but I am not sure as to how. Which consoles are capable of doing what?

PS3 comes with a built in browser and the Wii has a downloadable channel that allows you to browse the net. I find both clunky and badly laid out but they will do in a pinch

Let's not forget the Saturn and the Dreamcast.

For the Wii you need to download the internet channel. It is now free, but it sucks, I wouldn't mess with it

Well,
It's free.
It has decent web 2.0 compatibility and some older flash support.
And there are intrepid web devs out there that have made sites with compatible flash apps and hundreds of mini games ...
so ... I say mess with it, you have nothing to lose.

I use the Wii Opera browser (Internet Channel) and think it's fine for what it is. I wouldn't use the Wii Remote's IR pointer to compose an email, but for web browsing, reading reviews, watching YouTube videos, etc., it's fine.

I surf the web on the PSP's browser all the time, though I limit myself to mobile sites like ESPN and Time magazine.

I guess I haven't used it since I believe about a year ago. When I first downloaded it, it cost 5 bucks. I tried it and thought it was horrible. Maybe I'll download it again and see if its improved.
I do have to give nintendo credit though, like I said I had to pay for it, eventually they made it free and they gave me a free 500 wii point download.

DS had one and it was completely useless. Nintendo at one point charging this for $30-45.

With the PSP you can get a better browser if you can download homebrew. Need to download a Java program and then Opera Mini. The speed it loads is way faster and the different ways you can view online is nice.
The PS3 sucks when using the online with a controller, however, if you have a mouse and keyboard there's no difference in using it in comparison to a regular PC(except when you type something in a space.) The only time I like a keyboard and mouse over a control is online.

I downloaded the Wii internet browser. It wasn't too bad. Typing was a pain but you can connect a USB keyboard. I was a tad upset when I first saw you had to pay but all is better now. I'm also glad that they finally fixed my biggest gripe...having free demos of games.

I like the DS Browser...
I only go on Txt forums with Image Disable..
My only gripe is Facebook dosn't support Facebook Moble on the DS :(
It's takes like 2 mins to load facebook, Myspace Moble works on the DS..but not Facebook Moble, Why
