Which NES games had shiny red Nintendo logo dust covers?

Well I've been sorting through my NES games lately and realized I have 4 extra NES dust covers that have the shiny type Nintendo logo and I'd like to put them on the right games. I'm aware these were only put on late release NES games (and probably only ones that were published by Nintendo themselves) but I'm not sure when it actually started.

So lets make a list of games we can confirm originally came with these "shiny logo" dust covers, shall we?

Confirmed:
Kirby's Adventure
Mega Man 6
Wario's Woods
Zelda (classics series)
Zoda's Revenge: Star Tropics 2

Possibly any Nintendo published game that may not have originally had this variant of dust cover but was still being printed by ~1993 such as Dr. Mario. (?)

Need confirmation:
Metroid (classics series)
Punch-Out!! (not Tyson's) (?)
Tetris 2
Yoshi's Cookie
Zelda 2 (classics series)

Kirby's Adventure had one. I bought it new and remember that.

I'm not 100% sure but I think when I got Dr. Mario new it had one. I have a few shiny covers so I had to have more than one newer game. I'll count them up and see what else I can think of.

Well I checked and I only have two shiny Nintendo covers. The only two games I got brand new were Kirby's Adventure and Dr. Mario. This was December of 1993.

My Legend of Zelda: Classic Series had a shiny cover. (Presumably, the rest of the Classic Series would be the same.)

And to the poster above, my Dr. Mario did not come with a shiny cover.

Maybe there was a certain time period where they put shiny covers on all first party games? Since this copy of Dr. Mario was brand new in the store as late as 1993, it could be possible. Inside the box was an ad showing NES, Game Boy and Super Nintendo, which shows the SNES was out at the time. The original package probably had a different ad.

I'm guessing maybe Dr Mario was still being printed by that time they just used the new version of the dust cover. For some reason that type of thing really hadn't occurred to me before. :P

Oh, and I'm also pretty sure Dr. Mario is unusually common as a new/sealed NES game so that is even more leverage for the Dr. Mario was reprinted later on theory.

@Mobius: I added Zelda classics series. Do you know roughly when you bought the game?

Not sure exactly, but the back of the box has a 1992 Copyright statement. That sounds about right.
