Well, if you missed Mirror's Edge on Steam yesterday, that's what they're starting with:

At this rate my backlog will swell to the point where it will achieve an independent consciousness.

Lol, SO TRUE! ARGH!

Not that i'm complaining or anything, more games is never a "bad" thing, especially at these prices. :D

Ok so a newer game (Mirror's Edge) is $5 and an older game (The Witcher) is $20.

Anyone who has been holding out on Civ IV because of all the expansions NOW IS THE TIME!

$15.95 for the complete edition...hell of a deal! Only 5 hours left as of this posting.

I stopped updating the title when I found that none of these deals seemed to interest me.

I mean, I got Civ IV for $5 (non-complete) from D2D a few months ago - and haven't even gotten around to it yet.

There are suggestions that the complete edition might also be available from Impulse today (you'll have to install the Impulse client to get the deal), but it seems to be a bit broken right now.

In fact, most of the games available in their current sale are cheaper on Steam at the moment.

The big exception is the Lucasarts Adventure Bundle for $2.50 - a ludicrous price, considering they're also selling some of the individual games in the bundle for the same $2.50 at the moment. (Too bad I jumped the gun and bought The Dig for $2.50 on Steam. Not much point to the bundle anymore.)

Yeah, I'd run a quick search on Steam before you buy something. Gonna get the King's Quest Collection on Steam for half the price.

I got a $5 appreciation coupon from buying Civilization 4 Collection and Mirror's Edge during their holiday sale, so today I picked up Mount and Blade for $2.50.

I agree with the Steam statement though, check on there first cause they have them beat on pretty much every game listed atm.
