While combing through some old Gamefan i came upon what i initially thought was the twinbee RPG for the PSX, but upon closer look is actually a overhead colorful RPG with dragon quest type battles, all 2-d! the mag calls it "twinbee miracle". Has anyone heard anymore about this?

Yeah, it's out there; got the SPC actually.
Edit: Wait, no I don't. Was thinking of a SFC game.

Huh? TwinBee Miracle definitely did NOT come out. The only TwinBee RPG is, well, TwinBee RPG, which is fully 3D.
I've never even heard of this project before. Sounds pretty awesome. I'd love to see some screens.

Thanks. :) That looks very cool. It's a damn shame it was scrapped.
I believe the 10th anniversary for TwinBee was 1995, so that would've made it a pretty early PlayStation release. Definitely predates TwinBee RPG by quite a bit. Perhaps they could've scrapped the idea in favor of a 3D game and started TwinBee RPG, but it seems unlikely as that would make the TwinBee RPG development exceptionally long. Although the 3D of TwinBee RPG is pretty primitive, so it almost does suggest that it was being developed much earlier in the PlayStation lifespan and had some kind of issue in bringing it out in a timely manner.
I guess Miracle was intended to come out around the same time as Yahho!, and considering how impressive the 2D graphics of that game are, I definitely would've appreciated a 2D RPG as well.

Oh blagh, I thought the OP was asking about SNES for some reason.
Obviously I have no SPCs for PlayStation games. That'd be pretty strange (even though they both have Sony sound parts and similar 2D graphical backbones).

I forgot to mention that scan was from Gamefan's November 1995 issue (volume 3 issue 11)
I ran a google search and came up with nada..
