The Neo AES is worth about $200 ish depending on serial number and condition of system and box.

All these prices are assuming they are JAP region

FF2 - $30
RB FF2 - $130
SVC Chaos - $180
KOF95 - $60
CS - $20

SS2 - $15
FFS - $10
KOF94 - $35
SS - $20
SSS - $250
AOF - $10

Some of the varry greatly depending on the region, like Real Bout Fatal Fury 2 which goes for much higher if its the US release ($500) . Loose carts don't really have much value IMHO, and i wouldnt give you anything close to what i priced them at.

I priced them based on neo-geo.com price guide on the conservative end, but there guide is sometimes misleading becasue demand for Neo Geo stuff changes from year to year. Also there are alot of Conversions out there for the higher priced carts, and i have actually found that many ebay sellers are selling conversions as the real thing.

I have a Metal Slug 1 Conversion that i bought for $200, and the real deal is listed in the price guide as $2000 - $2850

thanks for the reply. those figures seem right. i paid 270 for the AES so i guess that was a rip off but the rest seem to be what i expected to get for it. Thanks for your help...

I priced it low. If the box was is good shape you may have got a deal.

Cheers

Don't feel too bad. Foreign consoles are a totally different beast. Now, if you paid 270 + shipping from japan, then you might wanna turn on the waterworks....but paying $30-50 extra isn't such a big deal, it's just the shipping cost, ya know? The way I see it, I make up for it by getting so many american games dirt cheap.

Thanks for your help...You paid $270 for an AES? Was it boxed and in great condition and included shipping? Kind of average. Those sell for 20,000yen boxed in Akihabara I think, which is around US$230-250. The one you got is certainly in that range. I don't think you overpaid at all... you just didn't get a deal. You paid the going rate in popular retro gaming stores.

BTW Terry, nice to see you on these forums as well!
