Figured I'd test the holiday waters with my Zelda Test Cart:

I've seen these up before, how can you actually tell if it's a test cart and not just a painted gray cart?

The easiest guarantee that it is legit is that the back label will not have anything embossed into it. This is the only cart with a gold back label with no embossed lettering.

It is kinda a moot point since the auction has ended, but what is the deal with the top label? did someone remove it and stick it back on?

Not to my knowledge, though the assumption has come up from quite a few people. I took detailed pics and posted them over on AA and NA so people knew that they were buying.
