Funny Moments in Gaming

So I just got my copy of Cosmic Fantasy 2 for the TurboGrafx CD (thank you eBay) and fired it up. The very first NPC I talked to said:

Uncle: Hi Van! Is that a spear, or are you just happy to see me? Ha, Ha, Ha, Ha!

Now I thought this was the most hilarious thing I've heard all day so I burst out laughing. First off you have a spear in your hand and second it's your Uncle saying this? Priceless.

My question to you guys is: What moments in gaming have tickled your funny bone? I'm sure there's plenty out there.

No matter how frustrating it got, the hundreds of bizarre deaths I got on I Wanna Be The Guy. If you've never played it, you won't know what I'm talking about, but it built up quite a reputation as one of the hardest games ever. Some of the lines from Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal make me crack up. Fizzwiget makes up words and terms when he talks, and his first time doing that makes me laugh every time I hear it.

The first two Earthworm Jim games will always be part of my defining experiences as a gamer. So much fun and so friggin' hilarious.

When one of the characters is Princess Whats-her-name, you know you've got a hilarious classic.
