Okay, I got a great deal on this item, the seller was barely communicative... never gave me enough info to make a payment, then left me negative feedback saying I didn't honor my bid. I leave him neg for being a dickhead, and he follows up with a lie... GRRRR.

Uh, this guy had 30 negatives before you even bid. Man, there's no WAY I would've even dealt with this guy - "good deal" or not.

Theres no way I would buy games from that person. Look at all those negs.

Also I had someone do that to me. Never answered emails or told me where to send money order. week later they left me a neg for not communicating. I left him a neg back for being an ahole and wrecking my 100%

With all those negs, I am surprised ebay hasn't kicked him off yet!

thats what I was thinking, why didn't he get booted? They must be spaced out and maybe he complains to ebay first saying they are all nonpaying bidders?

You won't get kicked by just having regative feedback, the buyer/seller has to file a complaint against you.

I definitely should have been more careful about reading feedback.

As a general rule, you should never sell to a minor. By law, they cannot legally enter into a contract. Moreover, if you do contract with a minor, they have up to one year after obtaining the age of majority to rescind the contract and get their money back. Therefore, as a seller you'd be screwed.

Granted, with small money items it shouldn't really matter, but imagine if it was a ps2 system or a rare game like Stadium Events.

Wow... that makes perfect sense but I was never aware of that fact about ebay rules. That's good to know.

Wow, I was only 16 when I started using ebay. You mean me as a minor could have filed some complaint and got my slot machine for free??

Man I didn't know I could be young and irresponsible.
