This week, we are going to be playing the Data East title Spin Master.

It's a platform game where you are armed with a yo-yo, taking down bad guys who look suspiciously like the Domino's Noids. You can get powerups along the way, such as bombs, fire, or shurikens. But a yo-yo to the face is always effective. Plus, it allows you to come with witty one liners such as, "WALK THIS DOG!" or "Looks like the MOON SHOT YOU!" or --

*ahem* Anyways...

Great, colorful platformer. I love the sprite work, especially the boss in the ice level. As a whole this one is crazy easy, but I come back to it all the time on the AES.

Cool platformer, even if the lead character had a mullet. I loved all the character work, it was really bright and colorful. I often forgot that you could jump on the heads of most enemies to kill them. Some of the enemies seemed to come from mario brothers, I especially got that vibe while jumping on the green turtles.

I think the bombs were my favorite weapon. I could throw them father than most of the special weapons, and they seemed to be quite powerful. The homing rockets seemed underpowered, despite the fact they may have been designed to be the best weapon (of course, I'm just speculating).

Also are there alternate endings? Is there one chest that is better than the others to get? Mine was just a pile of gold. My final score was 510,xxx and my favorite boss was probably the last one.

I've been wanting to give this some attention ever since it showed up. I re-discovered it a few weeks ago and liked it. I've found a few Neo system games that I like more than I had thought - once I get away from the fighters and early SNK-made games everybody knows about there's some more interesting stuff on the edges (for example: recently I've tried Shock Troopers, this, Zed Blade, and Zupapa; all interesting games).

Fun little game I had never played before. I'm kind of a yoyo fan, so the gimmick to this one was pretty interesting :)

*giggles at a wholly inappropriate response he wants to write, but won't*

Actually, just drop it into the ROM folder along with the rest of your ROMs, it all should work fine!
