Respectworthy achievements - Pinball Hall of Fame 360

I just picked this up ($10 new at Gamestop!), and so far have only played one table--Medieval Madness. So good. I'm wondering what is up with the "50 Jets" token. Is it glitched? I've picked up Super Jets several times, which should fulfill the requirement, but its never given me the token. This is the last token I need for the basic achievement. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure on that one Dobie, I don't recall any issue getting thst one so it sounds odd. Anyone else with this issue?

yea I got all the basic achievements fairly quick and easily, in retrospect I must have been quite lucky on the glitched harem goal, it didn't take me terribly long for that either, not like the bad luck some have had

Got the No Good Gofers and Funhouse wizard achievements today.

56,188,140 on Funhouse... All thanks to getting a 16,000,000 point Super Frenzy while on multiball - 199th on the 360 leaderboards :)

I seriously wish you could save replays on this game...

I just had an awesome game of Medievil Madness, more than doubled my hich score, I got 558,923,360 good for #58 on the leaderboards. I had 2 chances for Battle the Kingdom, neither successful, so I still need that. I also need the video mode goal as well. In that game I got 22 falcons on video mode.

Speaking of video mode, not sure if everyone knew but you get one falcon bomb if you will, the same as a troll bomb, can be used once anytime to kill all falcons on the screen, got way to save a child that is in jepoardy. I just found that out myself.

Got back into it a bit last night. Made some progress on the Sorcerer wizard goals, but nothing new on Arabian Nights. Bah.

I was hoping the regular posters to this thread, or anyone with the game for that matter would post all their high scores. Only myself and one other have done so at this point.

Then again if you all do, I may be too consumed trying to beat all your scores lol.

Oobgarm, I feel for you on the Harem glitch, thats nuts. I looked at the achievement, I got it in late January, and I only got the game at Xmas, and I spent most of my time early playing the Jive table, so I was really fortunate. Too bad nobody has anything concrete on getting that goal.

I'm amazed I got the Pin*Bot regular achievement. I always sucked at Pin*bot.

Has anyone else noticed that on Funhouse, when the ball nears the top filpper (after going around the loop after launch, or getting the secret passage loop), it gets a slight nudge foward, and makes the shot awkward?

When I seen Oobgarms name on the thread for a new post I came in hoping to see that the dreaded Harem goal had been achieved, but alas it was not to be........

Good point though if someone has tips to help on that glitched goal it would be cool to know.

I haven't played the game since a month after it came out, but I will definitely post my scores for you. Maybe it will drive me to get those last four achievements I need. If you don't see me post scores in the next few days, send me a reminder on XBL.

Got this at launch and love it. Paid full price and don't regret it one bit.

I'm in the same club the rest of you are with the HAREM shot. It seems hit or miss whether or not you get it. I've managed to get the first 3 letters only. It's the only goal I need for that achievement. Same with No Good Gophers. I just can't seem to get that skill shot either.

It took me 6 hours of play to get the 150k on Jive Time. It was disheartening to find out that there wasn't an achievement for it.

I think the two hardest wizard goals to get will be Midevil Madness and Pinbot.

The only wizard achievements I've gotten are Firepower and I think Sorcerer.

I figured they would release another collection, since this seemed to have done so well. I'm hoping for a Williams Vol. 2 since there's so many more Williams tables they could do. I bet they will do Bally next with Who Dunnit and Circus Voltaire. The first phof came out in 2004, and this one came out in 2k7-8 for Wii, so they're due this year or next. Nice to see they're implementing Leaderboards. It would be cool if they'd do DLC and online tourneys.

I'm lucky enough to live in a place that has Sorcerer, Funhouse, Firepower, Gorgar, Pinbot, Taxi, Medieval Madness, Whirlwind available to play on location within 30 miles of my house. I do much worse on the real machines. Whirlwind & pinbot are drain monsters.

I'm surprised they didn't include the sequels to Black Knight and Pinbot on this.

My favorites would have to be:

I can't see how people have so much love for Black Knight. The rules are very simple (even for the time) and the multi playfield is a gimmick. The scoring is broken; just get 3 ball multiball and you win.

Believe it or not, Jive Time is the game I'm having the most trouble with.

For a Williams table, it sure was designed poorly. Talk about drain-o-matic... Usually, every single shot heads right down the side lanes

You said it. Especially once the ball starts hitting the slingshots, you can say bye bye to the ball in the outlanes.

I'm still playing this from time to time, usually just games of Pinbot and Medieval Madness.

I try for the HAREM multiball in Arabian Nights from time to time and have no luck. I'm beginning to think that it's never going to happen.
