Network adaptor causing 360 freezeups?

My 360 started freezing up tonight on the dash board. Removing the HDD doesn't help but it seems to not happen when I unplug the 360 network adaptor. I'll need to test this further later when I have time but right now I'm wondering if anyone else has run into this?

I know when I start up, there's a lag...I might have to go wired to see if I can replicate this as well.
