Where can I get an AV cable for my TurboDuo?

They used to have them at TZD, but I guess the site is no longer in business. There are a couple on ebay, but one is in the UK and one is used and $60. Any ideas?

Unless you want OEM, it shouldn't be hard to find someone that would make you one, especially for less than $60.

Hopefully the seller will be willing to ship to the u.s. (And there are probably some members here from England who might be able to help.)

(If you can swing it I would order at least two of them - the shipping difference should be minor - and it is the type of thing it wouldn't hurt to have a spare one lying about.)

Duo uses the same cable as the model 1 Genny and SMS. Usually, you can find those for much less (think I paid $8 shipped for one a few years ago). If you absolutely have to have OEM though...
