What kind of answer is this?

Not video game related but I am a huge fan of the band TSOL and found a promo of one of their live albums on ebay. It was released by a small independent label so it's not super easy to find at a decent price. The auction says it is new and that is about it. Some promos have alternate artwork or no artwork so I figured I would ask for a few more details.

This is my exact question-

Does this come complete with all the liner notes? Is there a promo stamp on it or a hole in the barcode etc.?

This is the answer I got-

I was planning on buying it...............but I'd rather pay more for it then deal with this guy.

Well, I take it as:

Does this come NO (So he won't send it to you)
Does this come complete YES
With all the liner notes NO
Is there a promo stamp YES
Is there a promo stamp on it NO (So it's not on the album itself)
Or a hole YES
Or a hole in the barcode NO
Etc YES (So it has more than you asked)

Pretty straightforward to me.
