Just saw this:

I've never come across a pirate cart of this game before ... perhaps if enough of them come onto the market, the price of the originals mught come down a bit. Liike, enough for me to be able to afford one! :roll:

A year ago they would still go for a 100 bucks and now it's down to 50 already.

If anyone finds an Alien Soldier (Wai Xing Zhan Shi) for the famicom (rare chinese pirate of Phantasy Star 4), I will pay Huge $ for it.

No, not THAT Alien Soldier. This is a Treasure game...
Anyways, I think this auction is so low because it's a EUROPEAN Mega Drive cart. Alien Soldier was pretty common there, and I've seen a number of them for sale in different places.
Not a pirate. Don't bother with this one (though you didn't seem about to).

It's much easier to find than other versions, but it's still a bit of a stretch to call it 'pretty common'. Off the top of my head, I'd peg the PAL version at around R6.

Yeah, I know. I just try to fit that into any and all conversation whenever the opportunity arises.....game's a damn bitch to find, and I've never even seen a picture of it. There is virtually 0 info on the web about it....what better place to ask than here :-)
