nice, i've been working on my game room for months now and i can't wait for the day i to can finally post some pics...i just need so many more shelves and desks
it looks like you took a much more open and uncluttered approach to your room as most of the rooms people post seem to be very cluttered. personally i kinda like the cluttered look as its more of a feast for the eyes to take in but your room looks very nice and comfortable. the kinda setup thats gamey enough to be a game room but not cluttered enough that the wife or gf tries to steer guests away from it :)

Very nice. Your game room looks cozy. I like the retro furniture. I'm sure it would make playing 8 and 16bit titles feel more nostalgic.

Very nice! I love that it's very clean and free of excess clutter. Seems you like to follow the KISS rule; as do I.
I've seen game rooms here that are just an abomination to the eyes, with every nook and cranny filled with toys, boxes, displays, systems, etc. It's an eyesore and quite frankly looks like a damn dump.
As said before, your game room looks cozy, a place where you can just hang out and relax. Kudos!

I like it! Like others have said, more of a sterile look than most rooms. Definitely a good room to chill out and zone in XD. By the way, nice touch with having the DP website on the monitor for the first pic of the computer room

It's good to know that I'm not the only one that likes a nice clean room :) For some reason, I can relax and enjoy gaming better if my apartment is in good shape so I don't have to worry about stuff to do later on.
I like rooms that are clean.......or rooms that are cluttered. Your new room is beautifully sterile, but comfy looking at the same time. We just changed our gaming room from white to terra cotta, which has warmed the room dramatically and also "shrunken" it a bit.....which is good because it's a big room.

It's lookin' awesome man, that's what I'm dreamin' off right now I tell ya. I'm in the process of looking for my first house and I'm hoping to find something large enough to store all my collection. Ah, the dreams feel so close to reality....
Hopefully one of these days I can throw some pics up if I ever manage to find something.

Is that a "Flight of the Navigator" movie poster I see in one of the pics of your old game room?

I like the appearance, I'm in the same boat as you first two guys, I bought a new house, I got a smaller room and closet this time around. I had to get rid of a few things, I painted the room blue now and have started putting up shelves but don't have enough money at the moment for everything. It's going to be a completely different look this time around for me. I have shelves to paint but it's too cold here and I have no room inside to do it where it's warm.
You should just paint your new room to look like the old one since you liked it so much. Then it'll have the same feel.

It didn't look quite right with white walls but with that new paint job it looks fantastic, pleasingly retro. You have everything set perfect by the looks of it, job well done :)

Real nice and clean with a good layout too! I like the brown paint more too, but the yellow had to go. The shelves and arrangement of games/accessories are well organized and real functional for a game room. Congrats!

Very clean. Nice and free of wire hell. I'm quite envious of that Sega CD collection. The placement of that SNES rack is nice as well.
Judging on the fact you have all your Sega stuff behind glass, and all your Nintendo stuff in the open, I think I can guess your standing in the Sonic vs. Mario war...

Looks nice and orderly. I hope I can get my stuff organized soon. I been working on it but I need a better way to set up my consoles.

Love the "closet of doom" too. I usually find those just as interesting as the actual game rooms. I'll have to post mine someday.
