ebay users add this piece of shit to blocked bidders

So I bought a sealed copy of Xenogears from rallyguy22. It turned out to be resealed and I filed a claim and won my $100+ back. Thought everything was done until user TonyBestBuy bought 3 GB games from me. I looked at the address and recognized it, realized it was the same guy who I bought Xenogears from:

Then I looked at his feedback left for others and he leaves tons and tons of negatives and seems to have a rep for it.

So I couldn't really do anything, sent out the games and last night he leaves me negative:

I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU TESTED THIS GAME? ONE SAD LITTLE BOY FOR CHRISTMAS!

I did test the game and he is a lieing piece of shit leaving retaliatory feedback. Add both users to your blocked bidders list if you don't want to get fucked over.

rallyguy22 is no longer a registered user. I'm guessing he (temporarily) closed his account, to avoid getting a negative from you. Btw, why didn't you give him one?I was actually retarded and thought the game was a legit seal and left him positive feedback at first but I am not an expert on seals. Then I posted the pictures to a few sealed collectors and they all said it was a reseal. Luckily I won the claim even thought I gave him a positive.

Is it possible that, if you can prove they are both one in the same, that Ebay will take action?

I know Ebay does shit most of the time, but maybe a nice employee might be able to help you out.

i called the powerseller support line, they investigated and banned him and removed my neg! and i'm still keeping the $20 he wasted to try to retaliate to me! everyone wins (except for him)
