Looking for more ideas on good games to play during down time at work or while away from home. I really like WTF ( work time fun) for PSP. Any ideas for others?

When on vacation I used to (just a few years ago) pack along a Nomad and one of the three Shinobi games for that system, if I was still in the U.S.

Otherwise I'll take whatever's on my DS / Game Boy series system. I got good at looping The Castlevania Adventure and Nemesis for Game Boy.

Final Fantasy I & II was perfect because you can save anywhere. I often played those when I was in high school a few years back and it was a great way to train my characters since you have to do it for such a long time.

when i was at work and couldnt play my psp or emulators on laptop for watever reason, i was really addicted to this flash based game online called "mybrute.com" i think, lol realistically i use the term "play" loosely as you really have no control over your fighter, but it was still strangely addicting, good way to kill a quick 15 minutes.

I just got Phantasy Star Zero for the DS and it is a HELLUVA good time killer.

Be it at work, at home, in the car, nothing makes the time fly quicker than getting another level, finding a better item or reaching the next difficulty level. This game has time killing written all over it.

I play a lot of Street Fighter Alpha 3, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo Revival, and Super Puzzle Fighter 2 Turbo on my GB micro. I also have a couple of cheap GBA flash carts with emulators so I can play GG Columns, GG Shinobi, NES Tetris, Double Dragon 2, Lunar Pool, etc.

While away from home, I usually have my PSP on me. It's hacked and loaded with console emulators, so anything goes with that one.

But, when I'm work? It's the Cafe World app on Facebook!

In my case, I'm a web designer. Sometimes you need a little break while coding websites.

I'm a teacher...and I don't play while working. It's more when on long car rides, waiting in lines, or being generally bored. Frogger got me through grand jury duty earlier in the year.

Haha, I was kind of wondering the same thing, but was afraid to ask!

I am still a student, but looking at others I know, they hardly ever seem to have time to turn around right while on the job, so games would be out of the question

I work with mentally disabled people and I assist them with doctor appointments and getting out into the community and such. I have to do something while waiting for them to see the doctor or while they are in physical therapy, etc. I have waited as long as 3 hours at some appointments, but usually 30 minutes or so is normal.

Doh, thanks for reminding me of this one. I need something more "current." Some people have dissed this game (somebody here was complaining about the magic casting, weren't they?) but I think I'd like it.

I'm a wrench at a bike shop.....and it's Canada....in the winter. You'll find me on the shop computer, playing Pirates on Facebook. Been playing for a couple of years. I used to bring my psp and play Puzzle Quest all day.
