I am getting mixed reactions and responses..!! Do or do not light guns work for LCD HD TVs? If not...is there anyway to get them to work?

No, they don't work and will never, ever work. End of story. I think there's one light gun for the original Xbox that works with non-CRT televisions, that's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Nope, they sure don't. (Short of Wii-Games, Guncon 3, ect)

But if someone made an NES Zapper that worked with LCDs, they'd either A) make a killing and die rich, or B) be very disappointed that this hobby isn't as big as they thought it was.

LCD's have officially killed off light gun games at home.

I'm pretty sure that Action Max "games" work with LCD TV's but I havn't tested it.

It's not just LCD TV's... it's any digital or HD set. If it produces any signal higher than 480 lines of interlaced resolution, it won't work (or if the TV displays any type of progressive signal). Even HD CRT sets will not work with a light gun. Unless it's one of the 2 or 3 specific guns discussed above.
