Name the PS1 game. What the heck is it??

Name the game thread, help a guy out if you can. The name of this game has eluded me for 15 years or so.

It's an NTSC PS1 game, I played it on a demo disc (I think), a long-assed time ago, pre-dualshock era (between 1995 to 97 somewhere)

The perspective is in the third person, all I remember is you drive a tank through a 3d maze (composed of colourful blocks if I recall) and it had a really funky beat to the music.

Any ideas? Thanks for any help.
