Neo-Geo AES/CD controller?

I'm looking for one of these because it's ideal for a SuperGun project, but I can only find the standard US AES controller for like $60-$70, the CD controller for $30, and even a Neo-Geo to PS2 converter is $35! X_x

I know it's a good controller, but is this just the standard going rate or typical eBay inflation?

30-35 is a right down the middle, fair price for a nice shape neo geo cd controller
