You should actually post the entire process, not the end result lol. If we are talking about a CL or Ebay transaction that went south(depending on how long you waited), then nah it wasn't, but as is you didn't post enough info for anyong to beable to give a correct anser.

It was a craigslist ad, sad thing is i paid 75 for Guardian Heroes off of ebay, I was going to buy a Saturn from a guy off of Craigslist for 55 plus some games but the guy stopped responding to me so I thought he didn't want to sell it to me anymore so i used the money to buy a video card

No need to worry, there's plenty of of Saturns around. It's not like telling someone you'll buy their stuff is legally binding.

I wouldn't say not buying something off a seller on craigslist is a dick move. I think most people expect that on that site. People get lazy and don't respond. People get lazy and won't list the games they have (god I hate lol lots). If you are selling something people always try to jew you down, even after agreeing on said price via email or phone.

First - why post this? I understand that you edited your post to make it more relevant, but why post this in the first place?
Second - you spent the money that you were going to use to purchase a Sega Saturn on a new graphics card? How cheap of a card did you purchase? o.O
Third - congrats on owning Guardian Heroes. I hope you enjoy it once you get a US Saturn.

He's had it coming for years.

Those are actually garage kits. EXPENSIVE garage kits. Made by a company called Dimension Diver. They were available at summer '09's Wonderfest. Roll stole his arm and is busting his balls. I almost crapped myself when I found the picture.
