We've all got our milestones, whether it be "game number 1000", "complete collection x", "obtain all Activision cartridges", etc.

Each time you reach a milestone this year, enter it into this thread. It should be fun to check back in a year later to see what kind of progress we all made.

I did complete the Dimension (http://wiki.dontpressstart.com/index.php?title=Dimension_Publishing) self-published series with the Spyro the Dragon guide recently. Instead of paying $50-75 on amazon, I decided to wait for a cheap copy to get on eBay. I missed it the first time and got lucky two and a half years later, winning the game and guide for $10.

We're not expanding our collection at the same pace as last year, but it's still growing at a steady pace.

Very nice Marco...I've got 6 or so of the Dimension guides so far.
I'm still cataloging my collection, but so far I'm about to hit the 1000 mark total with 1/2 of my collection cataloged.

I hit 1400 games a few months ago. I told myself that for a new years resolution, I would hit 1500 by the end of the year.

I have less than 80 to go, but have been a little more picky about the games I have been bringing in lately

EDIT: I forgot that I got every Sega Sports football game for the years 93 - 2K5. That means I started with Sports Talk, then went into the NFL Series which went into the 2K series and ended with All-Pro Football.

It sounds wierd, so I might as well elaborate on this. I have no clue why I upped and decided on sports games, but I really enjoy the sega nfl games. So here is the break down of the games and the years they came out (I am pretty sure this is correct):

I've had various NES incarnations for years. Never had a top-loader. Found one for $39.99, unboxed, but clean and complete -- sounded like a steal to me.


GOALS:
Complete Dreamcast collection - upto 218 of 250 or so.
Complete PS1 RPG collection - need a 1/2 dozen or so.
Complete PS2 RPG collection - need 1/2 dozen as well.
Complete PSP RPG collection - only need a few.
PS1 Longbox Collection - I want to be near complete - a few seem to be very hard to find.
Complete Odyssey 2 Collection - Need Atlantis and Powerlords - will settle for import Powerlords...
Turbo Grafx - Get all but those few outrageously priced games...
Buy MUSHA for the Genesis - it's the only game I need (except Blockbuster, Outback Joey, and one or two others)
Reach 600 NES games.
Reach 100 Gamecube games.
Etc. if finances permit.

Finally got off my duff and added in a bunch of my PC games onto my GameTZ profile. In doing so, I passed the 2500 mark for games owned (consoles + PC). :)

A few from Saturday:

-Acquired my 30th Master System game - Psycho Fox.
-Passed 50 2600 games - Galaxian put me there. I'm currently at 57. I also acquired my first Xonox double-ender (Ghost Manor/Spike's Peak), my first Mythicon cart (Sorcerer), and my first red label 20th Century Fox cart (Worm War I).

(In case you're wondering, my first 20th Century Fox cart was Mega Force, and it's the only other one I currently own.)

I know I'm kinda late, but I just now found this thread. At the end of December I scored my 2,000th game, a complete copy of Chrono Trigger, SNES.
