Black AC thingy on SNES gone!?

Had the SNES for 4 years, the black thing over the AC port disappeared, how do I fix this problem? It seems it could just slip on, where do I buy one?

I can't tell what's missing. Is it just a piece of the shell, or a part of the actual power jack? I could probably send you any piece you need.
