I've NEVER seen one of these, anywhere, outside of the one I have at home. Want to say they ran about $39.99...were only offered through mail or phone, AFAIK. I'll get some pictures of mine later today.

Can't really speak to value, but I can say that the only retailer that ever stocked this was Fry's and even then, they only had a couple of units per store. I picked one up at clearance (not sure why exactly) a few years back. Very obscure and probably valuable to the right buyer.

Saw a lot of these on clearance sale a long time ago. Never picked one up because i wasn't actively collecting for PS2 back then. Interestingly enough, that some shop also had about 15 (sealed) copies of Space Channel 5 part 2 for sale for about €5 a piece.... If only i had known. Sigh...
