FS/Interest: CD + Plus cart for Sega Saturn (Play Imports?)

I have a cartridge that is untested and to be honest, I don't really know what it does. I am unsure what to ask for this or if anyone is interested in it. The label is taped on the part that wraps around the end, it must have come up. I am showing a picture of the actual cartridge.

Any info on this would be much appreciated and if interested, feel free to make me an offer. Thanks!

I may be confusing it with another cart but I believe that one is used to play games from other regions, imports, on a US Saturn(I believe only US Saturns anyway). As for a price for an untested one I'm unsure. Considering you can get a Action Replay for about $26 maybe cheaper, I'd suspect this one untested probably wouldn't go for to much... $10? That's just an estimate though. Probably would want to wait and see what other think.

Thanks a lot, I didn't see that. So, I guess it is used to play imports. Is anyone interested?

Am I the only one who thinks that it is strange that they made a Saturn cart that uses the same type shell as a Mega Drive cart? All the other Saturn carts that I have seen from Sega and other makers have had square edges.
