Is there a complete list of NES games with screenshots for all and basic info (publisher, year, etc) that can be found either online or in dead tree form?

If online then I'm looking for something that would be in a printable form to have an easily accessible encyclopedia of NES games.

Yes, I've Googled it already and looked at tons of resources and while some are helpful and have screenshots they're all on separate pages with multiple links and are not designed for printing. NES World has all the info I'd want just not in the right format.

Thanks in advance for any help!

This is probably the closest you're going to get. You generate a NES list with the basic info here:

However, no one is going to have one with accompanying pictures.

Why would you ever need to print out pictures of all 1000+ NES games?

I'd like to have them as a reference for friends to find a game they want to play out of my collection. I don't have a complete set by any means but it would still be helpful. It would also be nice to see games I'd like to try to track down based on the screenshot and the game's info.

There was a nesterdc builder that I used once that pulled this exact information from somewhere (I don't know the details but my nesterdc disc has pictures and descriptions for everything). Maybe that will put you in some direction? :)

It is more lucrative for a site to separate its content using several pages so that the user sees more advertisements as they are browsing. They are two ways to get around this.

1) You should be able to create your own document by copying the different pages and pasting them into one document (Word or something). The amount of work would depend on how many pages there are to copy.

2) Much harder to explain, but ... Find a page that has JPG links, such as this one: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Nintendo_Entertainment_System_screenshots
then click on "view>source," copy the html text, paste it into another program. Locate the links in the HTML text, alter them so that, instead of appearing as a link in the Web page, it opens them up as a picture on the Web page. After altering the HTML text, copy and paste it into a new web page document and after a substantion loading time, you'll end up with one page that has all the pictures. Note, the link above does not have ALL the pictures, but it served as an example.

I would print out the above list and then get issue #7 of "Video Game Collector" magazine. That issue has a photo checklist of all the box covers for NES.

Good luck getting anyone from VGC to actually respond to you, but that is another thread. X_x
