Need parts for a Panasonic Q

Hi my friends, i am from North bergen N,J but now i live at Houston Texas, i use to go to the store some times, now i need some :help: my baby open my Panasonic Q DVD tray and step onit. I need to replacethe tray from my console, if anyone have an idea (NOT EBAY) u can call me: Juan to 832-623-2635 any time, any day. I really want to fix my Q. Thanks.
