Yakuza 3 is the only game I'm truly excited about, but I'll have to pick up Star Ocean 4 International and Resonance of Fate sooner or later too. I may pick up Sakura Wars for PS2, and if not me, I bet somebody in my household will pick up Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey and 3D Dot Game Heroes. That's about all that's on my radar right now.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom(wii, however I'm worried that you can actually play it with the wiimote/non motion of course. 2 buttons+ directional controls seems lime a very restricted control scheme, the min number of buttons in a fighter should be 4="light/hard punch, and kick", not 2 sigh).

If you're into the entire music creation thing, you aren't limited to a set amount of instruments because not only does it come with a lot(22mb file) you can also download as many different sound sets as you want.

I'm sure that your PC could also do everything Korg can as well right? I'm not really knowledgeable as to what it can do but I'd also assume that it can just place and manipulate sounds as well correct? But yeah. I think that's all you can do with Rhythm 8 as well.

If you have equipment setups then you know more about that type of music style than I do though, so I might just be throwing assumptions out there. Check it out. I've only used it one time, but I don't have any patience with apps like that so I gave up on it. I did think it was a good program and it seemed fairly in depth.

No, it can't. Unless there is a Korg MS-10 emulator for PC that I'm not aware of. Rhythm 8 can reproduce Korg DS, but the process would be ugly, slow and require a DS to derive WAVs from... It's all extra and in the way. It's great for people that need WAV manipulation that don't want to use a PC, but it certainly is a second fiddle. I wouldn't have much patience with it either. I'm still looking for physical MIDI devices to work in the ReBirth and Reason environments with and cut down on the keyboard/mouse use. D-pad and button imputs... no thank you. LOL

The PC does emulate Roland TB-303, 808 and 909 through ReBirth and a multitude of others through Reason. There are others, but these are the great programs. Problem is, Reason costs big bucks. It does tons of stuff though. ReBirth used to be expensive (I paid $150 for my copy) but Propellerheads give it away for free now. Korg MS-10 requires a touch screen for it's unique attribute of the KAOSS pad. Otherwise, not much going on with MS-10 over other Korgs like the Alpha series.

No More Heroes 2. My first new Wii game since Smash Brawl. And I don't even play Smash at all. Darkside Chronicles never happened, so I don't count buying that. :P

Xbox 360:
Alan Wake. My first new 360 game since Lost Odyssey. Notice a pattern? There has not been anything released on 360 or Wii since 2008 that interests me, that is a console exclusive.
