Modded PS1 (SCPH-7501)

How much are these worth? I'm thinking of putting on CL or eBay. Not sure how much to expect or ask for it though. Works good and I have two Japanese games: Dragonball Z Legends and Your Smiles in My Heart (both games are Complete/Excellent).

I've never known somebody who was looking for a modded PS1, a modded PS2 would likely still be worth more than the standard console.

I've ran into two modded PSX systems and I got one for free and the other was $6.

I don't know if it helps you at all, but I honestly don't think they are worth anything.

These tend to go for $20 on CL, particularly with a big ol list of burned games (including great ones like Rainbow Six and Jet Moto!) See this ad as an example: http://seattle.craigslist.org/oly/vgm/1551885110.html

I sold 2 modded systems with no hookups and a huge pile of burned games for $10 total. I got it in a bulk lot and had no interest in keeping burned games. The guy who bought it is trying to sell it for more, and still has everything after a few months.

PS1 systems seem to go for nothing right now. They are extremely common and not sought after, which is a bad combination for selling. Hold onto it for 20 years and we'll see. :)
