I have a pretty good idea of what a complete USA 114 game Sega Master System collection was worth, only my data is a few years old. Back then it looked like around $1,200 from completed E-Bay auctions. But I don't know about now. Some parts of my collection aren't perfect. I only have the special UPC sticker over one of the final USA SMS games and, thankfully, it is on Sonic. My copy of Super Monaco GP is from Austrailia. I also have two doubles from the limited re-releases when Sega took over distribution from Tonka: Phantasy Star and Enduro Racer. That version of PS1 is probably my favorite out of all of my games :)

I am also at a loss as to what a complete Sega 32X collection is worth nowadays. I think, a few years ago it was around $500...

Sonic alone is worth $1000 I believe with the UPC sticker. Buster Douglas Boxing is worth another $100, Golden Axe Warrior and a couple others are in the $30 range, not sure what the rest of the games are worth though. The SMS lot is definitely worth more than $1200 altogether though.

Do you have anything to back up that claim?

His belief... DUH!

No way Sonic SMS w/ sticker is worth 1k.

Last eBay auction was $600. Last DP sale was $150. DOES NOT COMPUTE

I think he was kidding about the $1K Sonic...it is pretty hard to find though. The hardest one for me to get was Golden Axe Warrior (the one I needed to complete the collection).

Bumping this thread for more input.

I don't think a complete SMS collection, if you're trying to sell it, is worth $1200--maybe if you parted out everything the total dollar amount would add up to that, but no bulk purchase is ever made to equal the piece-by-piece value. Basically, there's Buster Douglas, Sonic, Golden Axe Warrior, the Alex Kidd series, maybe a few other $20 games, the 3-D glasses and the rest are commons. A few bulk purchases on ebay and you could have 90% of the collection. There's a 36 game lot (more than 1/3 of the way there) with no bids at $60. Even if you spent $700 on the titles named above you'd fall well short of needing commas for a total value.
