View Full Version : Friend is getting an error on her 360...Help?
A friend of mine has contacted me (being the only gamer geek she knows) for help. She laid out her problem to me, but I'm kind of in the dark. Can anyone shed some light?
She says that her system flashed four lights and she now has a "green screen".
Any ideas, fellas? I will try to get more info asap and update this post. Thanks!

Sounds like the AV cable needs to be unplugged and put back in the back of the 360. 4 lights is an incorrectly inserted AV cord.
She claims that she has tried both the av cable and the power cable. Apparently the system displayed horizontal lines and then went to a green screen. The lights lit up to three, paused and then flashed to four.

Im not sure then. Try and google the problem. If it did 3 lights it might have RROD'd but I have yet to hear of a RROD that has changed into a 4 light flash afterwards.

And remember... if she gets the red ring, wait a week and try again. It's really in everyone's best interest.
