I'm really enjoying Phantasy Star Zero atm, but damn I can't wait to get this one. Much MUCH better than the first one.

Phantasy Star Portable 2 just announced for US and PAL release.


Sega has announced that Phantasy Star Portable 2 will be rocketing its way to North America and Europe sometime in Autumn 2010. This sci-fi RPG is exclusively for the PlayStation Portable and is the system's second series installment.

Features returning this time include multiplayer, a lengthy single-player campaign, and plenty of character customization options. Players will be able to meet other players, engage in plenty of online quests, as well as strike up alliances with fellow gamers. Two multiplayer modes will be available this time: local ad hoc and online infrastructure. Both modes will allow four players to connect and battle together.

Figured it was only a matter of time. Great news indeed. Plus it gives me enough time to get a new psp as my other one broke. Definitely a reason to get a new one though.

Is this Episode 3 from AotI?

From what I can tell, Phantasy Star Portable (first part) was Episode 2 from AotI. So maybe this will be Ep. 3?
