i have a nes advantage and i accidentally connected it with a normal controller, the advantage in player 1 and the normal in player 2, and i think since that all the buttons of the advantage donīt work, only the joystick works, what should i do? thanks.

Open it up and make sure that the ground or 5V wire (the black or red wire) isn't dislodged from the button board. I once bought an Advantage that didn't work for a quarter and after 5 minutes with a soldering iron it was working again.

Why would connecting the normal controller in the 2 player port effect anything?
