What is this?

I found this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=110485410363&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT) in my "gaming crap" closet and I dont know where it came from or what is really is. I put in for auction on eBay thinking I might get a buck or two, but there are like 20 people watching it and the first bid came within a few hours of posting the auction. I looked in the online rarity databse, but cant find anything that matches that would suggest it's rare or valuable.

Anyway, I'm just currious of what I've got before I ship it away for ever.
