This is yet a "factory sealed?" questions, but corresponding to the Nintendo Wii "big box" games. I am referring to those games that have something included, like a microphone.

The game in question is "American Idol Encore 2" for Wii. Here are some pictures of the game, the same way they were purchased originally:

Is this an authentic seal for these types of games? All the copies I have are sealed this way, and I don't think it's a reseal, since the place I picked them up from does not have that type of machine.

The reason I am asking is because I plan on selling these on Amazon (my first venture) and I want to be as exact as possible.

If everyone has one to compare with, this or any similar game, please let me know. :)

Thanks everyone!

I fail to see any reason why anyone would have resealed it. I imagine you're safe.

That is how those type of games are sealed these days. I have the same game, brand new for 360, and it is sealed the same way.

Yep, that's a genuine seal to me.
