I'm glad I got rid of my copy of conker a few days ago, i'm sure certain live enabled games that were still played might drop in price because of this.

Microsoft has announced that it will end Xbox Live functionality for original Xbox Live titles on April 15.

It said that online support for titles running on the original Xbox, emulated through the 360 or via the Xbox Originals downloadable service will cease.

The first step will be turning off the auto-renewal for Xbox Live members on the original Xbox to ensure that they cannot extend their membership.

Xbox Live's Major Nelson said: "We did not make this decision lightly, but after careful consideration and review we realize that this decision will allow us unprecedented flexibility for future features.

I don't think most folks after Conker were wanting it because of online play. It's just a really fun game. I think the price adjustment will be minimal across the board, with the exception of Halo 2.

I have a sneaky feeling that a lot of people will be trying to sell their online-supported games very soon at normal prices.
Personally I'll hold off for a bit, as those games will surely drop the farther down the road you get from here.

Same thread, already in progress.

EDIT: I guess it's not the same thread. Although they're pretty close.

As far as the OT... The games aren't really worth much anyway, right? (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=140419) I don't know why you started this thread, when you just started that other one? Couldn't you have just posted that there? I don't think the games could really go much lower, they're already pretty cheap- that and LIVE support probably doesn't figure much into current prices.
