A buddy gave it to me for free knowing it would go to someone that appreciates it.

What I got:

A boxed NES Action Set. Box in nice shape, all foam in tact, bagged manuals, orange light gun, and cables.

Six standared NES Controllers, 1 extra orange gun, 1 extra AC Adaper and RF cable.

$150+ would be about right in my mind. Well, that's more games than it looks like at first. I guess 200 would be reasonable. That's as a single lot.

Then I hope you aren't asking what its worth because you plan on selling it or else your friend was a little off on his evaluation of your intentions with his collection wasn't he ;)

HAHA I see your point. No, I'm going to keep it. I was all giddy taking the stuff out of the box and seeing whats there. I'm asking because its funny that someone would give me this stuff for free considering the value it has, yet I"d bet they would NEVER give me that much in cash for nothing. I also wanted to see if it was close to the value I estimated.
He did say he wished he still had his Dreamcast. I have an extra one so I'm going to give it to him with some games.

So it's not going to be a "something for nothing" deal. That's nice of you to give him a Dreamcast when you don't have any obligation to.

Good for you giving him the Dreamcast. You should chat with him and find out what his favorite games were before telling him you're giving him the system.
