Major League Gaming

That entire concept of Major League Gaming has been a dream, and now it is reality. I just finished registering, and hopefully I'll be able to compete with some of the best in the country. How about you guys, are you as excited about this as I am, anyone else register (and hopefully will compete with me)?

I think that it's a decent idea, and definately will be a lot of fun for the participants... but i don't see how sponsorships will follow this one... and tv? how exciting will it be watching a group of people you don't know compete against each other in Halo?

I always think about this idea, but never expected it to be realized so early.
It would be good if this kind of league could be implemented here in Brazil. It would be a huge success, mainly these days when there is one LAN House per block over here...

I'm waiting for the World League Gaming now ....

i understand that in Korea they have national Starcraft championships, and it's a really big deal there, with sponsorships and such.
