I'm just curious, what achievements/trophies are generally considered to be the hardest to obtain? I remember hearing about 1 where you have to be #1 on the leaderboards or something, which is ridiculous. They don't have to be quite that extreme, but what are some of the harder ones?

Ignore the ones with only 1 person listed as being awarded the achievements - those are most likely people glitching the acheivement via gamesave.

Robotron level 100 was considered the hardest for some time. It may have changed.

Someone has to have achieved the achievement legitimately to create a game save that can be distributed and misused by others. Isn't that what game saving is about?

Not necessary. They do hex editing and then open them up, then pass around that save.

Not sure about this but I think they hack the game save then load it.
When you see a ton of hard achievements with no timestamps you know they are up to no good.
