What exactly are these games?They are virtual house sale discs. You can see and learn about the specs of the house as well as take a virtual tour. One of the discs (Eyeful Home I think) also features the TV adds that were shown on Japanese TV.
Basically these are for use by agents of Sekushi House and it'S said that there are only 50 copies of Heim Waltz ever printed and about the same for Eyeful home making these two and Derisoba Deluxe the most rare of ALL Saturn games. Forget about the Playboy discs or the likes of Radiant Silvergun or Shinrei Jusaishi Taroumaru. Those games are like shelf fillers compared to these two auctions.
