Sup again everyone.
I picked up a Snes turbo controller, looks to be of a obscure brand name. When I plug it in, I get nothing. No buttons work, no sign of life at all.
Opened it up and took a look around, everything seemed fine and was pretty clean.
Is this thing just dead or is there anything I can do to get her working again?

Try checking the pins with a multimeter.

It just might not be making connection. A lot of old 3rd-party controllers used cheap plastic that expands over time. This causes the controller to not fit in the controller port correctly. If it's difficult to insert into the port, it might be the case.

Thanks guys.
Opened the controller up and did a multimeter test on some of the contacts. No response at all. Just to double check, I did a quick test on a working controller so I knew what to look for.
Think you might be right Beta. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to find another cable to attach?
