A game like this can be used to get people to stop smoking. Everytime you go to take a puff of a cigarette a guy appears on scream and shoots his load in your face. So instead of inhaling a bunch of poisonous smoke, you'd be sucking down a bunch of std infected semen. If that doesn't get people to quit smoking I don't know what will.
