At the moment I am playing Pulstar on the aes neo geo using a mvs convertor. Sometimes the cart I have plays great , other times I get this annoying static that wont go away unless I monkey around with the cart a little bit. I cleaned the contacts , and I cleaned the inside a little bit by opening it up. But the problem wont just go away I even checked to see if the board was legit and appears to be by the numbers that would indicate so , do you think its just my system or the cart? I have no problems with sound other than this game.
