It depends on the condition of the monitor, cabinet, t-molding, and if the games are real and not bootlegs. Also the condition of the motherboard (any rust, battery leaking;etc) and if the memory card unit is present will determine the final amount. The monitor is the big cost item here with burn-in and old capacitors being a major factor.

Photos wouldn't hurt as well.

I don't know, but I sure as hell want a lot of it. WAY too many KoF games, though. Is there any reason to have all of them other than collecting purposes? Is it worth it to get every one and play them?

Is there any way to tell if they are bootlegs?
Someone is selling this and I'm wondering what to offer.

You'd need to take a look at the chips in the MVS carts and the labels.

Here's a good archive.

Thanks for the link.
I asked the guy if they were bootlegs and he told me at least some of them are. So I'm going to pass

At least he was honest. If the cab is an original and in decent shape, I'd offer him $250.00 max to get it off his property. If he throws in a few non-boot games, give him $300.00. A lot of times if you tell them you'll take the machine off their hands ASAP they'll usually budge on the price.
