So, just came back from a week and a half in the Kansai region (Osaka, Kobe, etc.) and hit just about every game shop I could from major to minor in search of numerous video game items on my wishlist (mainly PS1 Pachinko ports). Anywho, the official word from just about every video game clerk/afficianado over there is that the Rez w/ Trance Vibrator pack is now "impossible" (translated from the Japanese of course) to find in Japan. So, if you're interested, get it from Ebay before they rocket even farther out of reach...
