Question Regarding Grandia Official Strategy Guide

I have a copy of the official Grandia strategy guide that has several pages detached and stapled together. At first I thought they had just come loose but they are instead marked "Supplemental Information" or something like that, and actually cover/correct the last few pages of the guide. What I want to know is:

a) Are all copies like this or was this just a mix-up with the first batch that needed to be corrected in this manner.
b) If so, is this version any rarer than a regular version/worth more money?
c) Were the pages originally attached at all or just put in there loose? They even seem to be slightly bigger than the normal pages, but it could just be b/c they're flopping around loose back there.

Any help or info would be appreciated. :)

Pics might help here, but I'd venture to guess it's not any more valuable than the guide normally would be...

I used to have the guide, and yeah, the Supplemental Information was a separate section that was perforated and could be removed. The one I had still had that section attached, and the pages were longer than the rest.
