I am interested to know what are the different original Playstation sytem box variations that Sony released in the U.S? I know there was a different box for when they included the Dualshock. What are the dates that each variation was sold? Does anyone have pictures of them?

Black trim with HUGE CLOSE UP system image
Black trim with HUGE CLOSE UP system image with Ridge Racer Packed (or tosh possibly)*

Steel looking box variant (I think)
Water looking box
There may be one missing in the above group, been a while since I was looking for system variants.
